A single-family house is all one that is occupied by a single family in its entirety. It generally consists of one or two floors and can be both your usual residence and your vacation home, but it must always be for a single family. Isolated houses

Advantages of single-family houses:

- Greater space. Not having to share a building with other people usually means that you have more meters.

 

- More tranquility and privacy. This type of housing generates low-density areas, so it will be much easier not to suffer the inconvenience that some neighbors may cause.

 

- They adapt to your needs. You can request a design that fits your family and your tastes. If you decide to build your house, you can decide the number of rooms you want, the distribution or the number of floors.

 

- Materials. You can choose the materials making your home have good energy efficiency.

 

Disadvantages:

- Land . You have to have a large enough land and with a topography that does not impede construction.

 

- Location . Due to its low population density, there may be poor communications, lack of services, etc.

 

- Security . This point is related to the previous one. The isolation that this type of construction allows makes them a common target of assailants, so it is necessary to invest an extra in security (alarms, armored doors, construction of gates and bars, etc.). 

 

Single-family homes

According to a Euro stat study, this percentage is 33.1% of the total, while 66.5% of people live in flats. If we compare with the whole of the European Union, 59.3% live in houses, compared to 40% in flats.

Serviceability forecasts that sales will grow in our country by 15% in this year 2017. For its part, the sale of single-family homes has shown an increase of 14.8% year-on-year.
